The VK is the ultimate uphill race: a steep, sustained climb with minimal distance and maximum elevation gain. Courses typically feature around 1,000 metres of vertical ascent.

Skyrunning combines speed with steep, technical mountain terrain. Courses feature significant elevation gain, challenging climbs and technical sections where mountain skills are part of the race.
